Providing in-person, online and phone sessions (Accepting new clients)
Approach: My approach is grounded in Psychodynamic and Narrative Therapy, while integrating Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-informed practices. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens and take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the deep connection between our brain, nervous system, body, and emotional experiences.
I believe that developing a deeper understanding of our nervous system and bodily responses can help us build a stronger connection with ourselves. This awareness can create space for more intentional and meaningful change, while fostering greater self-compassion, trust, and acceptance.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. As we work together, we will gently uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin to create space for healing, growth, and lasting change in a way that honours your individual experience.
I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and meaningful change, and I will work alongside you to support that process in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and authentic to you.
Education: I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy from Martin Luther College University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
