Brainspotting is a gentle, brain-based therapy that helps process trauma, emotional pain, and stress stored in the nervous system. It works by identifying specific eye positions called, brainspots, that connect to areas of the brain where experiences and emotions are held.

By mindfully focusing on a brainspot while staying present with bodily sensations, the brain can access and release what has been “stuck,” often without needing to relive or describe painful experiences in detail. Sessions move at your pace and emphasize safety, regulation, and attunement.

Brainspotting can be effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, and performance or creative blocks. Many clients experience it as a focused, calming, and deeply restorative approach to healing.
