Life isn’t always easy—it can be painful, unpredictable, and throw curveballs that leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. I see therapy as the work of the soul: not just a space to confront fears, but a powerful opportunity to deepen self-understanding and cultivate compassion for who we are. Whether you're navigating pain, uncertainty, or simply need to feel heard, I’m here to walk alongside you and help carry what feels heavy.
In my work, I value creating a safe and non-judgmental space where all parts of you can feel fully seen and accepted. I believe in the power of storytelling. Together, we'll navigate the depths of your narrative, unraveling the threads of pain and shame that may have held you back from connecting to your true authentic self and essence. Working through a trauma informed lens and delving into your past together, I hope to help you gain insight into why you may think, feel, and behave the way you do in the present. Knowing that our past does not define who we are, and who we hope to become.
Education: I hold a Masters Degree in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy from Martin Luther College University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Psychology and Women and Gender Studies Major, from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am also Level 1 & 2 certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I hold the belief that while academic learning is important, our learning from our lived experience is as equally important too.
